A sneak peek

Thought I would share with you a photo of our current project, this is in the double parlour or what we call the "Family Room" . We are constructing a built in for our flat screen and media equipment, in an unused corner by the fireplace. Cant wait to show you the finished product.

Getting Started

This has been a long time in the making, I have followed so many great blogs for the last two years, and finally have started my own. I am a 20 something newlywed, renovating and loving a 120 year old Victorian on the east coast of Canada with my amazingly talented husband. I was amazed to find so many other people who share the love of home and decor as much as I do. I am so excited to start this journey and share our DIY projects with you all, as well as my own creations that make up Sophisticated Farm House Interiors. For now I will leave you with a  few photos of our 120 year old beauty.
